We ship using UPS. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All orders are shipped "no signature required." This means if the recipient isn't available, the shipment may be left on a doorstep, porch, desk, or wherever else the driver feels like leaving it as per UPS policy. You will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. If your order hasn't arrived when expected, please contact us so we can start an investigation. Please note that we are not responsible if your order is lost or stolen after UPS has completed the delivery.
