Returns

Shipping
We ship using USPS. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping to PO Boxes is not allowed. If a wrong address is given we are not liable for you not receiving the package. All orders are shipped "no signature required." This means if the recipient isn't available, the shipment may be left on a doorstep, porch, desk, or wherever else the driver feels like leaving it as per USPS policy. You will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. If your order hasn't arrived when expected, please contact us so we can start an investigation. Please note that we are not responsible if your order is lost or stolen after USPS has completed the delivery.

Damaged Goods
If you receive your treats and they are damaged, we will be glad to help you. Please contact us within three (3) days of placing your order. Please take a picture of the damages and email it to us at orders@chocolatehaus.com. Provide us with your Order Number and the best way to reach you and we will be in touch asap!

Please note, we do no guarantee items won't melt if over 70 degrees anywhere along its destination to you. We will package in cooler insulation and ice packs but you accept all risk and no refunds or exchanges will be issued for melted products.
